The villa was acquired by the Volksbank Kur- und Rheinpfalz and converted and renovated in 2014/15 for use as an office and consulting building in accordance with monument preservation criteria. The Gerlinger joinery received the order for the production of detailed windows as well as the renovation and preservation of possible old windows.

In this imposing private property in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, all the windows were manufactured and installed according to the original template.
